President
The President serves as the class's chief executive officer,
responsible for general supervision and operation of the class.
The president presides at Class and Officer Meetings and directs
the class in a way that meets the educational growth and leadership
needs of members. The president works with other officers
to decide what they should do at the coming up meetings and

Educational Vice
President (EVP)
The EVP is the one who helps planning each meeting. That
responsibility includes organizing and distributing the agenda
for each meeting. He or she also hands out the entire semester's
assignments for each student. Click

Activity Vice
President (AVP)
The AVP holds the most important job of the entire meeting:
he/she keeps track of the FOOD! All right
it's not that
important
but still. The AVP supervises all of the activities,
such as convalescent home volunteering, surveys, tobacco workshops,

Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for recording what happens during
class, such as the business meeting, the individual speakers,
and the winners. The Secretary is the person that keeps track
of what happens during the meeting so it can be reflected
on and reviewed later on. Click

Treasurer
The treasurer is the officer who keeps track of all the money
collected from the students in the class. A practice for the
mini-IRS, the treasurer is responsible for keeping an eye
on the class balance, the fees, and all other financial issues
of each class. The treasurer presents a financial report at
every meeting and keeps every student informed of his or her
debts.

Sergeant-At-Arms
(SAA)
There are two of these officers in every class. The sergeant-at-arms
keeps the class clean and tidy and gets the class ready for
the meeting. He/she calls the meeting to order and also maintains
organization.
