Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning is developed by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC ) of Taiwan to promote mandarin teaching and learning in North America and Europe. SFVCCA Chinese School is one of a few Chinese schools approved by OCAC as a Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning in Los Angeles, California.

Currently we offer one Mandarin Learning session for adults.

level 1 and level 3 

When: Saturdays, 10 am–12 pm, Aug 26 – Dec 16, 2023 (15 classes)

Where: Taiwan Center for Mandarin learning in SFVCCA Chinese School at 8224 Yolanda Ave. Reseda, CA 91335 (SFVCCA Heritage Center)

Registration fee: $20 (SFVCCA member is waived)

Tuition: $120 (subsidized by Taiwan government), textbook is included.

Program design: Focusing on listening, speaking skills and exploring the cultural by learning daily conversation and using authentic materials to support.​ 

How to register: To complete the registration, please follow the steps below:

1. Attached below, please complete the registration form.
2. Mail your check (Pay to SFVCCA/CLP) to the address: SFVCCA/CLP, 8224 Yolanda Ave. Reseda, CA 91335. Or, make payment via Zelle to schoolpayment@sfvcca.org (If asked to confirm: the account name is "SFVCCA/CLP" )
3. Add a payment note on your check with student's name and Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning.
