"The Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC) announces the action taken at the Winter 2020 Commission Meeting. The ACS WASC Commissioners have determined San Fernando Valley Chinese Cultural Association Chinese School (SFVCCA) meets the Supplementary Education Center/Program accreditation criteria for Language Programs." ... “Supplementary Education Center/Program: Fully Accredited by (or) Accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges,”

Dear friends and family,
The San Fernando Valley Chinese Cultural Association (SFVCCA) Chinese School would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for your donations over the years. Because of your generosity, we have been able to fund several projects, including word recognition contest. Also due to the increasing of Rental Fee, Insurance Fee.As you know, SFVCCA is a non-profit (501)(c)(3) organization, and Our office staff is volunteer-based. The tuition payment each year is calculated from budgeted cost. To have our school’s foreign language credit widely accepted and more easily transferable, we are in the process of applying for the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation. WASC charges annual membership fees and application fees plus initial and further visit fees. Visiting Committee fees are also charged when an accreditation visit is scheduled to take place.
