Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning is developed by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) of Taiwan to promote mandarin teaching and learning in North America and Europe. SFVCCA Chinese School is one of many Chinese schools approved by OCAC as a Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning in Los Angeles, California.

Currently we offer one Mandarin Learning session for adults.
